Shipping Policy
Our Saree Indian return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange any product within 15 days from the date of delivery. However, all products returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the customer's original payment method. In the event of an exchange, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping and handling fees. Return & Exchange Policy
Our Saree Indian return and exchange policy is simple and straightforward. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include the original tags, labels, and packaging. We also accept returns on items that are received in damaged condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us www.aratextiles.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and instructions for sending the item back to us. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item.
